Britain's singer/songwriter Elli Ingram released her debut EP, Sober via MTA Records after gaining attention with her cover of Kendrick Lamar's "Poetic Justice" (you can listen to the cover here). She recently signed with Island Records and released "Canna Butter Kisses"- a cover of T Pain's "I'm Hi" and Chance the Rapper's "Cocoa Butter Kisses". You can listen to the cover below as well as the track "Fun" from Sober.
"I wrote the song, “Sober,” months before I even knew I was going to be making an EP. As I started writing, it just so happened that the majority of the songs talk about drinking in some way or another; being out with your mates, the morning after. So, I guess it was a little tongue and cheek that the EP was everything but sober." - Life and Times
